Scheduling an office or telephone consultation is the best way to make
this happen. In a one-on-one discussion,
the financing topics and options discussed are customized to suit your specific
business situation. You have the full
and undivided attention of a business and financing expert who is there solely
to work with you. If you are too busy
to get away from your office or if you are in a different city, state or
country, telephone consultations are the way to go.
Consultation Length:
Consultations are scheduled for 50-minute durations each. Appointment start times are usually every
hour on the hour (i.e., 9:00 am, 10:00 am, etc.).
Office Location:
Office consultations are usually held in our downtown Chicago location
in the Financial District Center, in the Three First National Plaza building, at 70
West Madison Street, Chicago, IL 60602,
in Suite 1400 (on the 14th floor).

Parking:
Options for parking near the office building are: Allow an extra five or ten minutes to walk
from your parking location in order to arrive at or before the scheduled
appointment time.
Telephone Consultations: For telephone consultations, no additional telephone charges, for
both local and long distance calls, will be charged. All consultations, whether in office or by phone, are a flat rate.
What Next?:
After the consultation, ISC Capital Management is available to work with
you to achieve your financing goals and other business objectives at an hourly
rate of $125.00. For work expected to
exceed 10 hours in duration, a retainer is applicable.

Tips for Getting Your Money’s Worth at the Consultation

Be on time for your consultation to utilize all the time
allotted to you. Plan to leave early
enough for traffic considerations or other unforeseen delays.
Bring or e-mail copies of relevant documents
(e.g., contracts, correspondence, court papers,
business plans, creative material, etc.).
Be ready with a checklist of questions,
